Common problem:
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Insert the USB interface of the webcam into the USB3.0 interface of the computer motherboard. (Note: Please do not use HUB for docking. HUB cannot support 4K due to low bandwidth)
2. Open "My Computer" -> "Management" -> "Device Manager" to check whether the installation is correct. As shown in the picture:
